Marshfield, MA More about this job > Description The Village at Proprietors Green (VPG) is a well-established Luxury Apartment Senior Living Community in Marshfield MA. Welch Senior Living values its' employees and recognizes that it is your dedication that makes our success possible. We are looking for part-time and/or full-time Activities Assistants for our Memory Care community. Dependent upon scheduled hours there is an every other weekend obligation.
Job Responsibilities:
Contributes to meeting the psychological, social and spiritual needs of the Residents by assisting in the planning and implementation of an organized recreation program that includes facilitating small group activities and transporting Residents to and from recreation programs within the community. May also participate in planned Resident activities outside the facility. Must have a High School degree or equivalent. Previous work in a hospitality, assisted living or health care setting preferred. Interest and demonstrated ability to work with the elderly. Individualized skills in crafts, music, education and physical activities are helpful.
