Junior Camp Counselor

You'll work alongside lead instructors to support hands-on projects, help campers problem-solve, and ensure every learner feels confident and included. This is an ideal position for high school juniors/seniors, college students, or emerging educators who enjoy working with youth, have an interest in STEM, and want to grow their leadership skills in a dynamic summer camp setting. Responsibilities Support instructors in facilitating lessons and workshops. Assist campers with hands-on tasks and troubleshoot basic tech issues. Set up and pack down classrooms, ensuring materials are ready each day. Supervise campers during breaks and transitions. Reinforce behavior management and engagement strategies. Qualifications Passion for STEM education and working with youth. Strong organizational and teamwork skills. Entry-level tech or teaching experience preferred.
