Evaluation Procedures:

Student workers are evaluated on a continuous basis.

Scope:

Provide programming and support for office programs and rec lounge coverage.

Responsibilities:

Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher Have and maintain a good disciplinary record at McDaniel College (i.e. not on disciplinary probation as of the start of or during the course of employment) Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Commitment to creating and supporting an inclusive campus community Must be able to work a minimum of 4 hours per week

Qualifications:

Current undergraduate student at McDaniel College. Provide excellent customer service to anyone who visits the Office of Student Engagement. Maintain a positive atmosphere for anyone who visits the Office of Student Engagement. Communicate with supervisor and colleagues on a regular/consistent basis Good punctuality and attendance Keep spaces neat and organized Keep up with on campus events and activities Attend any training sessions provided by OSE Timely responses to staff e-mails Join GroupMe messaging service to ensure time response to coverage request. Other duties as assigned
