Turning Brook Assisted Living is seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Life Enrichment Assistant to support our Life Enrichment Coordinator in providing meaningful daily activities for our residents. Position Summary This role involves assisting with the planning and leading of daily activities while creating a fun, engaging, and supportive environment for residents. Responsibilities Assist with and lead daily resident activities Engage and interact with residents in a positive and respectful manner Communicate with residents, families, and the public Perform basic office and organizational tasks Support the Life Enrichment Coordinator as needed Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Compassionate, dependable, and energetic personality Ability to pass a criminal background check Schedule Approximately 20 hours per week Temporary position with potential for permanent employment How to Apply Apply in person at: Turning Brook Assisted Living 300 Oxbow Dr Alpena, MI 49707 Or email your resume to: Turningbrook@rlmgmt.org
