Responsibilities Include:
Supporting and leading group activities, events, and daily programs Encouraging resident involvement and building positive relationships Assisting with activity planning, setup, and follow-through Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all residents Helping with documentation and resident engagement efforts
Qualifications:
18+ years of age Willingness to learn—no experience required Positive, dependable, and enjoys working with seniors Prior experience in a people-focused role is a plus to join a community where your work truly makes a difference.
