Assistant Director Parks and Recreation - Golden Valley

The Parks and Recreation Deputy Director provides high-level support, supervision, and oversight of Parks and Recreation Department's facilities, recreation events and activities, administrative services, and staff. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, direct oversight of general business operations, including maintenance and operations, recreation facility management, department IT, and safety and security training. Additionally, the Parks and Recreation Deputy Director is responsible for department general fund and capital improvement budget., capital improvement projects, meeting strategic goals, policy development, and special projects, while ensuring the City's mission and core values are incorporated into all park and recreation operations, activities, and services.
