Casual Wage Range:
$15.25 - $17.53 per hour Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? Little Falls Health Services is seeking caring and energetic individuals to join our team as Activities Aides. In this role, you will assist in delivering engaging recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual activities that enrich the daily lives of our residents.
Schedule:
Casual Key Responsibilities:
Support the Activity Director in implementing daily programming. Encourage resident participation and engagement in group and one-on-one activities. Assist residents with crafts, games, events, and other leisure activities. Observe and document resident participation, mood, and behavior. Escort and transport residents to and from activity areas. Maintain a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Positive and compassionate attitude toward elderly and disabled individuals. Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with residents, staff, and families. Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must be able to move intermittently, lift up to 30 lbs, and follow safety/infection control protocols. Why Join Us?
