Activities Assistant Part Time

Job Description:

As an Activities Assistant, you will work closely with our residents to plan and facilitate a variety of engaging and enriching activities. Some of your responsibilities will include: Assisting in the development and implementation of activity programs that cater to the interests and abilities of our residents Leading group activities such as games, crafts, and exercise classes Engaging with residents one-on-one to provide personalized interaction and support Assisting in the setup and cleanup of activity areas Providing companionship and emotional support to residents We are looking for a team player who is enthusiastic, compassionate, and dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Previous experience working with seniors or in a recreational therapy setting is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided to the right candidate who demonstrates a genuine passion for working with older adults.
