Job Description
Ensure safety during all pool patrons and provide high-quality swim instruction for individuals of all ages and skill levels. This posting will remain open until filled. Lifeguard Duties Monitor the pool area to ensure patron safety, enforce pool rules, respond to emergencies with first aid or CPR, inspect facilities and equipment for safety and proper operation, maintain records of incidents and maintenance, and communicate with management and staff to coordinate activities and address concerns. Swim Instructor Duties Develop and implement lesson plans based on participant needs and abilities, teach swimming techniques and water safety skills, provide feedback and encouragement, adapt instruction for different learning styles, communicate with students and parents regarding progress, and collaborate with instructors and staff to coordinate schedules and activities.
