Job Description
The Sports Performance Coach Supervisor will manage day to day operations of their assigned Sports Performance staff with a mission to ensure athlete/client satisfaction regarding all areas of Sports Performance. In addition, the Sports Performance Supervisor will be responsible for the scheduling, project development, staff meetings, and staff development of assigned coaches while reporting issues relating to staff performance or significant athlete/client complaints to manager and/or director. The Sports Performance Supervisor will maintain current book of business and provide oversite, education, and assistance to assigned Sports Performance coaches, as directed by the Manager of Sports Performance. This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday between 6:00am-6:00pm with some Saturdays possible. Twin Cities Orthopedics is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices, owned and led by its physicians, on a mission to give patients more control over their healthcare.
Essential Functions:
Provide Supervision and development of talent specific to college, high school, clinic, and outreach performance coaches. Meet on a regular basis with assigned Sports Performance coaches to aid in the facilitation of programing with the goal to maximize quality, efficiency, and overall revenue in Sports Performance growth and development. Provide constructive feedback to assigned Sports Performance coaches through casual daily interaction, timely performance reviews, performance management plans, and appropriate performance counseling as necessary. Proactively develop patient/athlete relationships to build a book of business, using TCO services knowledge to meet revenue targets. Effectively perform all duties expected of the profession represented (e.g. Performance Coach) with modifications to schedule/case load as needed. Maintain consistency of Training HAUS brand for quality, delivery and experience throughout high school, clinic, outreach and on-line. Collaborate with Sports Performance leadership and Marketing to develop and implement solutions to sports performance needs. Assist with the implementation of individual, small group, and large group fitness programs relating to sports performance. Remain active in community projects and outreach in TCO current contracted relationships as well as new relationships. Work in coordination with Training HAUS Operations Specialist in managing payments, attendance, timely schedule development and accountability reports for programs. Foster community relationships relating to sports performance in the community with partners who share in TCOs core values. Participate in strategy development and implementation of sports performance program growth. Arrange and organize Performance Coaches to meet demands of community engagement. Work with Sports Performance leadership and Marketing Team to ensure goals and strategies of TrainingHAUS/TCO
are implemented in the growth and development of sports performance. Practice within the scope of MN/WI State rules/regulations. Promote TCO sponsored sports performance events in the community at health fairs and events. Maintain safe work environment. Any and all other duties as assigned.Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Physiology/Physical Education/Exercise Science/Kinesiology or related fields required, Master's Preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience of Performance Training within TrainingHAUS/TCO.
Established creating and maintaining a successful book of business. Certifications relevant to degree preferred. Previous formal leadership experience preferred.Benefits & Compensation:

Frequently lift up to 50 pounds independently and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance. Requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, and move continuously throughout the shift. Must be able to frequently perform physical activities such as pushing, pulling, and reaching. Visual acuity to read electronic and paper documents. Auditory ability to participate in phone or video calls clearly. Manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment (e.g., computer, phone, printer).Setting:
