SUMMARY:
The Wellness Assistant assists with the operations of the Vitality and Aquatics Center; ensuring the safety of the members and responding to requests for information.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education, Experience and Certifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. One or more years' experience working with geriatric population in fitness setting preferred. Lifeguard certification preferred. CPR/First Aid certified through American Red Cross required.

Compensation :
An individual's pay rate within the posted range may be determined by various factors, including skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization prioritizes pay equity and considers internal team equity when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical. Shift and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work. Sholom is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
