Job Description:
Activities Assistant Join Our Team & Make Every Day Meaningful! We're looking for an energetic, creative, and compassionate Activities Assistant to bring fun, laughter, and connection to the lives of our residents in a long-term care community. If you love working with seniors, enjoy planning activities, and want a job where you can truly make a difference every day, we'd love to meet you! This is a Part Time position, Every other Weekend and Monday and Fridays on the opposite week. What You'll Do Help lead games, crafts, music, exercise, parties, and special events Encourage residents to join activities and socialize Create a fun, positive, and welcoming atmosphere Assist residents to and from activities when needed Celebrate holidays, birthdays, and themed events with residents Work with a caring team dedicated to improving residents' quality of life What We're Looking For Positive attitude and great energy Compassion for seniors and a heart for helping others Creativity and enthusiasm Team player with strong communication skills Experience in activities, healthcare, customer service, or working with seniors is a plus Why You'll Love Working Here Fun and rewarding work environment Opportunities to build meaningful relationships Supportive team atmosphere Flexible scheduling Competitive pay and benefits Come make memories, build connections, and help brighten someone's day — every single day!
