Commission-Based | High Earning PotentialOverview Southaven RV & Marine is seeking proven sales professionals ready to step into a high-ticket, high-reward environment . This is an opportunity for individuals with experience in automotive, luxury retail, or other commission-driven sales who are looking to increase their income while selling products people are passionate about. You will represent industry-leading brands such as Airstream, Newmar, Jayco, Grand Design, Brinkley , along with premium boat lines including Bennington, Crownline, Veranda, and Xpress . What You'll Do Guide customers through high-value purchase decisions Build and maintain strong customer relationships Manage and track opportunities using CRM systems Consistently meet or exceed sales targets Work collaboratively in a performance-driven team environment What We're Looking For 1+ years of commission-based sales experience (automotive preferred) Proven ability to close deals and generate revenue Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment Basic computer and CRM proficiency Valid driver's license Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Backgrounds Automotive Sales (especially high-end or volume performers) Real Estate Jewelry Sales Cell Phone Sales Golf Professionals or similar client-facing roles Compensation & Opportunity Commission-based structure with uncapped earning potential High-ticket inventory with strong demand Established dealership with a reputation for quality and service Opportunity to grow within a high-performing sales organization Application Process (Required) To be considered, applicants must submit a short video introducing themselves and explaining why they are a strong fit for this role.
