The Position:

ECF Activities Coordinator Employment Status:

Full Time Hours per two-week pay-period : 80

Essential Job Functions:

Develop, plan, and coordinate activities, outings, and events related to residents' interests that meet the spiritual, recreational, intellectual, work, and service needs of residents living in the skilled nursing facility. Implement, assess, organize, oversee, and evaluate all activities, outings, and events within the department in accordance with existing federal, state, and local standards. Ensures quarterly assessments and resident participation levels are up to date. Ensure smooth operations of department with oversight of Activities Aides and the Volunteer program. Qualifications Long term or acute care experience preferred, but not necessary. Satisfactory character references. Not on any state Abuse Registries.

Certifications and Licenses:

Basic CPR and Emergency techniques for choking.
