About Us Ballantyne Country Club is a premier private, member-owned club nestled in the heart of the Ballantyne community. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service, premium amenities, and a warm, welcoming community atmosphere for our members and their guests. Our Family Activity Center (FAC) is the vibrant hub of youth, fitness, and family fun at the club. We are looking for an energetic, organized, and reliable full-time Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of this dynamic facility. Position Overview As the FAC Front Desk Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for our members and their families. Your mission is to create an exceptional first impression, keep the facility running smoothly, and assist members with reservations, inquiries, and club programming. This role is perfect for someone who loves people, thrives in a bustling environment, and takes pride in delivering top-tier customer service.
Key Responsibilities Member Relations:
Greet members and guests warmly by name, check them into the facility, and assist with questions regarding fitness, tennis, pool, and youth programs.
Administrative Support:
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, manage facility schedules, and process program registrations using our club management software.
Daily Operations:
Open/close the facility securely, maintain a clean and organized front desk area, and periodically walk the facility to ensure safety and neatness.
Billing & POS:
Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately for guest fees, merchandise, and event registrations.
Communication Hub:
Act as the liaison between members and department directors (Fitness, Tennis, Youth) to communicate updates or resolve minor issues. Benefits offered to Full Time Employees - Health/Vison/Dental Insurance, Short Term & Long Term Disability, PTO and Holiday Pay, etc. 401K Eligible after a year of employment and 1000 Hours works. Hourly Rate $15-$17 based on experience.
Requirements & Qualifications Experience:
Previous experience in hospitality, country clubs, high-end retail, or front desk reception is highly preferred (pay within the $15-$17 range scales with this experience).
Skills:
Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills. You must be comfortable using computers (experience with Jonas or similar club software is a huge plus).
Schedule:
Full-time availability. Must be flexible to work a schedule that includes a mix of mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on club event schedules.

A positive, "can-do" attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality and working around families and children.
