What You'll Be Doing:
Lead the team on deck and in the pool
  • Supervise, support, and train hourly staff, ensuring smooth class operations Coach instructors and serve as a lead instructor
  • Mentor swim teachers to deliver safe, engaging, high-quality lessons Celebrate student wins
  • Observe and encourage progress in the pool with students of all ages Support families
  • Help ensure each customer feels confident and cared for Stay organized
  • Assist with scheduling, performance evaluations, and enrollment goals Upload safety standards
  • Model and enforce our safety-first mindset for staff and students alike
What We're Looking For:
You are 18+ years old with a passion for working with children You bring positive energy, strong communication, and a natural leadership style You love helping others grow
  • whether that's a nervous toddler in the water or a new teammate You are available to work a consistent schedule, including weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends You are physically active and ready to be on your feet, in the water, and moving with purpose
