Ticketing and Box Office Internship

Carolina Ascent FC is a proud member of the USL Super League. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Ticket Operations & Box Office Intern to join our growing front office. This internship provides hands-on experience in professional sports sales and game day operations, ideal for students pursuing a career in sports business or ticketing.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate credentialing and access for fans, staff, and media Assist operations at the Box Office during gamedays Support mobile ticketing and scanning processes at stadium gates Help manage ticket inventory across platforms including season, group, and individual ticket categories

Ideal Candidate:

Pursuing a degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing, or related field Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, especially on matchdays Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Available to work most home games on schedule
