Front Desk Camp Counselor

Front Desk / Camp Counselor - Camp Bow Wow Greensboro Do you love dogs and enjoy working with people in a fun, active environment? Camp Bow Wow Greensboro is looking for energetic, reliable, and dog-loving individuals to join our team in a dual role as Front Desk / Camp Counselor. This position offers the best of both worlds—caring for dogs hands-on in our play yards while also providing excellent customer service at our front desk.

Responsibilities Front Desk:

Greet customers and their dogs with a warm, positive attitude Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage reservations using our computer system Check dogs in and out for daycare and boarding services Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions and assisting pet parents with their needs Maintain accurate records and ensure all client information is up to date Communicate effectively with team members to support smooth daily operations

Camp Counselor:

Care for dogs in play yards, ensuring safe and fun group play Learn and remember dog names and personalities Follow feeding and medication instructions precisely Clean and maintain dog cabins, play yards, and overall Camp environment Actively engage and play with dogs throughout the day Assist with dog baths as needed Requirements Must love dogs and feel comfortable working with them in groups and around customers Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly Excellent communication and people skills Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including some weekends and holidays Willingness to complete Camp Bow Wow's online certification training Schedule & Pay Part-time position, 1-5 shifts per week (approximately 20 hours per week) Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays What We Offer A fun, fast-paced work environment surrounded by dogs Hands-on training and support from our experienced team Opportunities to grow within the company The rewarding experience of helping dogs and their families every day If you're ready to bring your positivity, people skills, and dog-loving spirit to our team, we'd love to hear from you!
