At our PACE Center, life enrichment isn't just a program but rather it's the heartbeat of our community. We are seeking an energetic and caring professional who is passionate about working with older adults and dedicated to creating engaging, memorable, and purpose-filled experiences for our participants every single day. Why This Role Matters As a Life Enrichment Coordinator, you'll help seniors stay connected, active, and joyful. You'll design and lead creative activities that spark engagement, build relationships, and enhance quality of life, especially for individuals living with dementia or complex health needs. You'll play a vital role on an interdisciplinary care team, ensuring each participant's interests, abilities, and preferences are celebrated and reflected in meaningful programming.
