Parks and Recreation Summer Camp Counselor

Parks and Recreation Camp Counselors (Multiple Positions Available) 24 Hour and 40 Hour Positions Seeking upbeat summer camp counselors for Boscawen Parks and Recreation Program. The ideal staff member loves working with children and displays initiative and enthusiasm for creating a safe, caring, fun, and interactive environment for them. Interaction with children and the safety of the children is the number one priority, however, staff will also be interacting with parents and some light cleaning is required as well. Summer Parks & Recreation Counselor is responsible for supervising and providing a safe and fun environment for the children attending the Summer Park Program. Punctuality, positive attitude, flexibility, teamwork, and willingness to follow direction from supervising staff is a must. Staff need to be Child/Infant CPR and First Aid certified or willing to obtain certification within 30 days of hire. Must dress appropriately and be ready to engage in physical activities each day weather permitting. Minimum of 15 years old and must be available to work June 22nd•August 14th

Job Type:

Part Time/Temporary Required experience: Camp counselor 1 year and/or equivalent experience working with children.

Hourly Pay:

$14.30•$15.14
