Key Responsibilities:

Generate and convert leads into gym memberships through proactive outreach, walk-ins, and referrals. Conduct gym tours for prospective members, highlighting the value and benefits of our services. Build relationships with prospective and current members to understand their fitness needs and encourage long-term memberships. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the gym. Participate in local community events and partner promotions to boost membership sales.

CPR/AED certification (must obtain within three months of hire). Experience Prior sales experience required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
