Responsibilities include but may not be limited to: Provide active support and supervision for adults with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities. Transport individuals to various community outings, trips, and recreational events for enjoyment and engagement. Create meaningful and engaging environments and activities that foster personal growth, development, and individual interests. Contribute to the planning and development of community-based activities that enhance social and recreational opportunities. Participate in arts and crafts, cooking, and other interactive activities within our day facility. Document the supports provided to individuals at the end of each day using our Electronic Health Record system. Collaborate with our team to ensure each day is filled with fun, purpose, and experiences that individuals look forward to.
