Per Diem / On-Call About the Role Looking for flexible, meaningful work where you can make a real impact? Join our PRIDE Day Program team as a Substitute Activity Coordinator! In this role, you'll provide coverage when full-time staff are out, supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through engaging activities, community outings, and daily skill-building experiences. You'll step into different groups as needed, helping ensure our program runs smoothly while creating a positive and supportive environment for our participants. What You'll Do Lead and support fun, engaging daily activities focused on life skills, social skills, and community involvement Ensure a safe, structured, and supportive environment for all participants Encourage participation and build meaningful connections with clients Assist with mobility, personal care, and mealtime support as needed Follow daily schedules and collaborate with team members to maintain consistency What We're Looking For Reliable, flexible, and able to jump in when needed Positive, energetic, and compassionate Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment

Qualifications:
