Monday-Friday 8:00am-3:30pm Free transportation provided from select towns Are you a college student looking for a fun and rewarding summer job in 2026? Join the Willow Lake team as a Day Camp Counselor and spend your summer outdoors building friendships, working with kids, and creating unforgettable camp memories. Our counselors work in teams of 2-3 staff members supervising a group of approximately 12-15 campers , guiding them through exciting activities like sports, tubing, arts & crafts, rock climbing, cooking, swimming, and more . This is a great opportunity to gain leadership experience, build confidence, and be part of an incredible summer community. What You'll Do Supervise and support a group of campers throughout the day Participate actively in all camp activities including swimming Help campers move between activities and stay engaged Create a safe, fun, and supportive camp environment Work closely with fellow counselors and activity specialists Serve as a positive role model for campers Qualifications Must be available for ALL camp dates: June 22•August 14, 2026 Energetic, responsible, and enthusiastic about working with children Willing to actively participate in all camp activities Benefits Daily lunch provided Free transportation from select towns Consistent weekday schedule•nights and weekends off Opportunity to build leadership, teamwork, and communication skills Spend your summer outdoors with an amazing camp community Please note Willow Lake Day Camp does not provide housing for staff.
