$15.49 per hour Position Summary Artis Care Rehab and Nursing Center is seeking a compassionate and energetic Recreation Aide to join our team on a PRN basis. In this role, you will assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating recreational programs that enhance the quality of life for our residents. Key Responsibilities Support the planning and delivery of recreational programs and activities. Assist residents in engaging with social, creative, and physical activities. Help organize events designed to promote wellbeing and social interaction. Ensure a safe and positive environment for all participants. Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. Must be able to understand and communicate effectively in English. Strong team player with the ability to work well with others. Empathetic and supportive of residents and their families. Nursing home experience preferred Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred. Familiarity with PCC (PointClickCare) is a plus. Join Our Team!
