Every Other Weekend Salary:

$18 - $19 per hour Join Our Team! Chateau Rehab and Nursing Center is seeking a compassionate and energetic Recreation Aide to join our team full-time. If you enjoy working with older adults and have a passion for creating engaging and meaningful experiences, we'd love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead stimulating group activities such as cognitive games, fitness classes, and recreational programs Assist with planning and coordinating monthly events, celebrations, and holiday activities Develop resident-centered activities tailored to individual interests and abilities Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all residents Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 1 year of nursing home experience preferred Experience working with geriatric or adult populations strongly preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Basic computer proficiency required Experience with Microsoft Office and PointClickCare preferred Friendly, compassionate, and team-oriented personality
