Supportive and team-oriented environment Secure a stable union position with excellent benefits Opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day Growth opportunities within the organization A workplace where your energy and creativity are truly valued What You'll Do as Activities Aide Assist in planning and leading daily activities and group programs Encourage resident participation in games, music, crafts, and social events Provide one-on-one engagement for residents who need additional support Help coordinate special events, holiday celebrations, and themed activities Transport residents safely to and from activities Create a warm, inclusive, and engaging environment for all residents Document participation and communicate with the care team as needed What We're Looking For in Activities Aide A positive, outgoing personality with a passion for working with seniors Strong communication and interpersonal skills Creativity and enthusiasm for planning activities Ability to work as part of a team Previous experience in activities, recreation, or healthcare is a plus—but not required

Schedule Full Time Hours:

11A-7P, every other weekend required

Part Time Hours:
