Job Description

Silver Oak Rehab is looking for a compassionate and energetic Activities Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will help create a positive, engaging environment for our residents by supporting daily activities and programs that promote socialization, independence, and overall well-being.
Schedule:
Thursday, Friday, and weekends required
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and leading group and one-on-one activities Engage residents in recreational, social, and therapeutic programs Encourage participation and build meaningful relationships with residents Help set up, lead, and clean up activities and events Transport residents to and from activities as needed Document participation and report any concerns to the
Activities Director Qualifications:
Previous experience in activities, healthcare, or customer service preferred Positive attitude and strong communication skills Compassion for working with elderly and rehabilitation populations Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable and flexible with scheduling Why Join Silver Oak Rehab?
