Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Sales:

Greet pet parents warmly, answer questions, and proactively recommend additional services (e.g., enrichment activities, grooming, packages) to enhance their pet's visit.

Enhancing Each Visit:

Educate customers about packages and add-ons, ensuring they get the best value while enhancing their pup's experience.

Check-in & Check-out:

Process reservations, check-ins, and payments while providing excellent service and a smooth experience for both pets and their owners.

Team Support & Dog Care:

Assist in caring for the dogs by preparing meals, feeding, administering enrichment activities, and assisting with grooming services. Team members may also be required to step into the play yards when needed to help monitor and engage with the dogs.

Safety & Cleanliness:

Maintain a clean and safe environment in all areas, including the lobby, play yards, food prep areas, and kennels.

Communication:

Effectively relay pet behavior updates and any health concerns to pet parents in a professional and caring manner.

Physical Demands:

This is a physically demanding role that requires standing for long periods, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and moving throughout the facility to care for the dogs and support the team.
