Job DescriptionAssists Hub Room Supervisors in setting up events, posting race/sports results, and changing odds. Coordinates communications between hub room and satellite properties.

Sets up events, posts results, sets up odds for all betting wagering eventsAssists Supervisors with data entry, research and reportingAssists Supervisors with line changes and odds-makingEnsures all computerized betting systems are functionalNotifies appropriate personnel of any outagesTroubleshoots with vendorsEnsures mobile app wagering is functionalCommunicates results/reports to Management dailyProtects company assetsWorks front line of Race and Sports book when necessaryProvides excellent customer serviceCommunicates wagering information to satellite propertiesQualifications
  • Knowledge of odds and sports betting
  • Extensive knowledge of sports and horse racing
  • Extensive knowledge of sports data feeds
  • Extensive knowledge of computerized risk management systems
  • Decision-making skills in high pressure situations
  • Experience with Windows/EXCEL/Word
