  • $80,000.00 per year Job description: We are currently seeking motivated individuals who want to develop a career in the fitness industry to join the team and get training on the job to be fast tracked to a management role! (14-45 days overall turnaround in training/promotion expected at MAX) You will be in charge of the following :
  • Sales (Meeting and exceeding our sales goal)
  • Marketing (Creating brand awareness in our community)
  • Generating new traffic for the business through local and internal outreach
  • Making outbound calls to potential members
  • Answering calls and questions to current members / servicing accounts You must have:
  • Sales experience
  • Fitness experience
  • Workout knowledge
  • Customer service experience
  • Competitive attitude
  • High energy
