Job Description
Job Summary We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Sports Collectible Framer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in custom framing—particularly jerseys, photographs, and sports memorabilia—along with a passion for sports and design. This role combines craftsmanship, creativity, and organizational skills to deliver high-quality, custom-framed pieces that capture and preserve special moments for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create exceptional, custom-framed pieces for both individual and corporate clients.
- Operate mat cutting machines to enhance design and presentation (Wizard, Logan, Gunnar, etc.).
- Oversee all aspects of the framing process to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace with all tools and materials ready for production.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet deadlines and production goals.
- Adapt to changing workloads, priorities, and schedules.
- Support the Order Processing Team by assisting with daily picking and packing of orders.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in art, collectibles, or photography framing.
- Hands-on experience operating mat cutting machines.
- Strong knowledge of sports and sports memorabilia (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills for working with clients and team members.
- Supervisory experience is a plus, especially in fast-paced production periods.
