What You'll Do Be the Face of the Experience Build strong connections with international students (ages 12-18) and group leaders Create a fun, inclusive, and high-energy environment every day Act as a role model and ensure student safety and well-being at all times Lead Students Through New York Guide students on excursions to top attractions and local hotspots Deliver engaging walking tours and share your knowledge of the city Manage logistics including transportation, tickets, and group coordination Keep activities on schedule while maintaining a positive group dynamic Bring Activities to Life On Campus Help run sports, games, and evening events Set up and break down activity spaces and materials Encourage participation and keep energy levels high Support Daily Campus Operations Assist with student arrivals, departures, and orientation Conduct room checks and help ensure accommodations meet program standards Supervise meal times and support dining operations Ensure Safety & Structure Conduct nightly check-ins and enforce curfews Take on overnight supervision duties when scheduled Respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations

What We're Looking For Required:

Deep knowledge of New York (landmarks, transportation, neighborhoods, and culture) Confident working with teenagers in a fast-paced, residential environment Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Must have a smartphone with access to maps and messaging apps

Preferred:
