This position is responsible for implementing a wellness program that meets the six dimensions of wellness: physical, social, emotional, intellectual, spiritual and vocational. Successful candidates should have the ability to inspire and motivate others, create a warm and accepting climate for residents and be able to adapt and modify activities to meet their needs required.
Experience and Skills:
Qualifications:
Minimum 18 yrs. age required, HS diploma or equivalent required. Valid New York Drivers License and clean driving record required Heathwood provides multiple levels of care including adult home, enhanced care and special needs care.
