Compensation Range:
$17.43 - $24.40 The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Responsibilities:
Maintains sports equipment and tracks usage. Ensures a safe and hygienic practice environment. Teaches sports skills to a variety of skill levels, working to provide a positive learning experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Manages and oversees weekly practices or rehearsals, including organizing lesson plans and creating structured drills. Provides expertise on technique, skills, and form to help athletes improve. Creates a roster based on practice attendance, availability, and flexibility. Ensures an inclusive method in determining the active roster for game days. Advises the team on any necessary equipment upgrades, league policies, and overall compliance to WCSA policies, such as waivers and travel forms. Attends any games/tournaments at the discretion of the team and provides a strong sense of leadership and professionalism while representing the University of Rochester. Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
