Bailey's Dream Child Care Center is looking for energetic, creative, and reliable Summer Camp Teachers/Counselors to join our team for an exciting summer! Our summer program serves school-age children and is filled with fun, structured activities including outdoor play, creative projects, themed days, and field trips. We are looking for team members who can create a safe, engaging, and positive environment while keeping up with active children and busy summer schedules.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and engage with school-age children throughout the day Plan and assist with fun, age-appropriate activities and games Support outdoor play, group activities, and special events Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times Maintain a clean and organized environment Follow all center policies and state licensing guidelines Communicate effectively with team members and administration Assist with transitions, meals, and daily routines Comfortably participate in field trips and off-site activities, including trips that may involve water (such as splash pads, pools, or water play)

Qualifications:

Experience working with children (childcare, camps, or education preferred) High energy, positive attitude, and ability to lead groups of children Must be reliable with consistent attendance Must be comfortable supervising children during field trips, including water-related activities Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain) Must be able to pass background check through

June - August) Full-time and part-time positions available Hours scheduled between 7:00 AM - 6:00

PM Pay:

Starting at $14.00 per hour (based on experience)
