Job Description
We are looking for a spirited individual to help engage and provide recreation to our residents. This role will be to ensure that our residents are able to live their lives with joy and dignity. Job duties will include, but not limited to,running programs that interest the residents of Pataskala Oaks, developing an activities calendar, and completion of electronic documentation to ensure we have a accurate picture of our residents. This individual must have the proper credentials (one of the following): Activity Director Certified (ADC) : Issued by the National Certification Council for Activity Professionals (NCCAP). This path requires a high school diploma, the completion of the Modular Education Program for Activity Professionals (MEPAP) curriculum, and passing a national exam. Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) : Issued by the National Council for Therapeutic Recreation Certification (NCTRC) Pataskala Oaks Care Center is a skilled nursing facility that has been serving Pataskala for over 30 years and specializes in respiratory care.
