Activity Assistant

Wapak Manor - Wapakoneta, OH Wapak Manor is looking for an energetic and caring Activity Assistant to help enrich the daily lives of our residents. This position is available full-time or part-time with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and leading recreational and social activities Encourage resident participation in group and individual programs Support events, outings, and holiday celebrations Help create a positive, engaging environment for residents Document participation and resident engagement as needed

Qualifications:

Experience in activities, caregiving, or long-term care preferred but not required Friendly, patient, and engaging personality Ability to work well with elderly residents and team members Creativity and enthusiasm for resident-centered programming Great opportunity for someone who enjoys making a difference through meaningful daily interaction.
