Summary of Position :
The Sport Camp Counselor assists with setup, coaching, and supervision of camp activities. Responsibilities include engaging with participants, ensuring safety, organizing breaks, and handling cleanup. Ideal for those passionate about sports and youth development. This is a seasonal position with varying hours.

Athletes in Action is the sports ministry of Cru (Campus Crusade for Christ). Our mission is to see Christ followers on every team in every sport in every nation. On our 250 acre athletic complex we host local, regional and international events, including sport events, camps, meetings and banquets.
Details about the role:
Help set up the facility (cones, balls, other equipment). Greet parents and participants, make name tags, distribute t-shirts or other items. Interact with participants, assist with drills. Provide coaching and supervision of minors. Plan snack times and water breaks. Clean up facility and debrief with staff.
