Schedule Requirement:
We are specifically hiring team members who can work weekday morning shifts from 6:30 AM - 1:00 PM . Weekend and holiday availability also required.

Position Overview:
As a Camp Counselor, you'll supervise dogs in a group play setting, ensuring their safety, comfort, and happiness throughout the day. This is an active, hands-on role—perfect for someone who enjoys being on their feet and working directly with dogs.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage group play sessions with dogs of all sizes and temperaments Maintain a safe, controlled play environment by recognizing and responding to dog behavior Clean and sanitize play yards, cabins, and common areas Follow all safety and operational procedures Assist with feeding, transitions, and basic care routines Report any health or behavior concerns to leadership Provide attentive, consistent care to all dogs in the facility
Qualifications:
Must be 16 years or older Comfortable working with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and energy levels Able to stand, walk, and stay active for extended periods Works well in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Strong attention to detail and awareness Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Animal care experience is a plus, but not required—we provide training
