Job Description

Looking for a fun summer job where you can build leadership skills, work with kids, and stay active? Mountain Park HOA is hiring a Camp Coordinator for KidZone Summer Camp. This seasonal full-time role is a great fit for someone who is responsible and energetic and enjoys working with children. You'll help lead camp activities, support daily operations, keep campers safe, and be part of a team that creates a positive experience for kids ages 5-10. In this role, you'll help supervise campers, support Camp Leaders, guide Junior Leaders ages 13-15, and communicate with parents when needed. If you're dependable, patient, and ready to learn, this is a great opportunity to expand your experience in childcare, recreation, and leadership. Pay & Schedule Starting pay: $19.00- $20.00/hour, depending on experience.

Schedule:
Hours are based on camp programming and business needs What You'll Do Supervise campers and support daily camp operations Lead fun physical, creative, and educational activities Help create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment Support and guide Junior Leaders ages 13-15 Communicate with parents and staff professionally Respond calmly and effectively to emergencies or behavior concerns Assist with attendance tracking, reports, and program organization Help maintain clean, organized activity spaces Model positive behavior and active participation Why Is This a Great Job For You? Leadership experience is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. A positive attitude, patience, flexibility, creativity, and dependability. Ability to multitask, solve problems, and stay calm in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors and staying active throughout the day. Must be at least 16 years old and eligible to work in the United States at the time of hire. Pediatric CPR/First Aid certification is required within 30 days of hire.
