June 15 - August 28, 2026 Job Description Northwood Racquet & Fitness Club is looking for energetic and responsible Summer Camp Interns to join our team for the 2026 summer season. This is a great opportunity for college students, student-athletes, sports management majors, education majors, exercise science/kinesiology students, or anyone interested in coaching, youth development, athletics, or sports facility operations. Our summer camp includes tennis, pickleball, padel, fitness activities, games, and team-based activities. Interns will work alongside our coaching staff to help create a fun, safe, and active environment for campers of different ages and skill levels. Responsibilities Assist coaches with daily camp activities, drills, games, and group instruction Help supervise campers throughout the camp day Support tennis, pickleball, padel, fitness, and recreational activities Help with setup, cleanup, equipment organization, and daily transitions Assist with camper check-in and check-out Encourage campers and help create a positive team environment Serve as a strong role model for young athletes Support general camp operations as needed Qualifications College student or college student-athlete preferred Enjoys working with kids Energetic, reliable, and responsible Strong communication skills Interest in sports, coaching, education, fitness, or recreation Tennis or racquet sports experience is a plus, but not required Must be punctual and comfortable working in an active environment Compensation Paid internship opportunities available based on experience and role.
