Job description Responsibilities Supervise and ensure the safety of campers at all times Plan and lead age-appropriate activities and games Provide guidance and support to campers in their personal growth and development Assist with daily camp operations, including meal times, clean-up, and maintenance of facilities Collaborate with other camp staff to create a positive and inclusive camp environment Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding camper progress and any concerns

Skills:
Experience in babysitting, childcare, or early childhood education Knowledge of Christian counseling principles (if applicable to the camp's mission) Background in theater or performing arts for leading drama activities Ability to manage behavior and implement behavior management strategies Familiarity with special education techniques for working with campers with special needs Tutoring or teaching experience for providing educational support to campers Sports coaching skills for leading sports activitiesNote:
