Job Description Summary:

The job of Fitness Center Supervisor is to assist in the general oversight of the fitness centers including training, hiring, and evaluating student staff. Additionally, the Team Leader will play a role in generating and implementing new policies/ideas for the fitness centers pertaining to programing and operations. The Fitness Center Supervisor will serve as the main point of contact on various evenings between the hours of 6pm - 12am and weekends when the Fitness Coordinator is unavailable.

Requirements:

• Must obtain/maintain CPR/AED certification.
• Must have worked as a fitness center attendant for a minimum of 1 full semester.
• Must be currently employed within Villanova Recreation and be in good standing.
• Must have knowledge of policies/procedures within all fitness centers.
