  • 3 PM McMurray Hills Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate and energetic Activities Aide to join our team.
This role supports the Activities Department in providing engaging programs that enhance the quality of life for our residents. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily group and individual activities Encourage resident participation and provide one-on-one engagement Help set up and clean up for activities and events Transport residents to and from activities as needed Support special events, outings, and holiday programs Maintain activity supplies and organization of materials Document participation and report resident responses Ensure a safe and positive environment for all residents Qualifications Previous experience in activities or healthcare preferred Compassionate, patient, and positive attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed Join a team where your work makes a difference in residents' daily lives.
