Job Description

Valley Brook Country Club in McMurray, PA is looking for part time employees to work as Fitness Center Attendants. Hourly rate $15.00.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and engage members in a professional and friendly manner Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting fitness environment Re-rack weights and organize equipment throughout the day Sanitize fitness equipment and replenish cleaning supplies Assist members with general facility and equipment questions Support fitness classes and special events with equipment setup and breakdown Monitor facility safety and report maintenance concerns Help foster a positive, welcoming atmosphere for members of all fitness levels
Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Passion for fitness, health, and wellness Ability to work independently and stay proactive Previous fitness, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not required

Someone who enjoys interacting with people, takes pride in maintaining a high-quality facility, and wants to play a key role in making every member feel welcome. Uniform shirts, free parking and employee meals provided. Golf privileges available to employees.
