Supervisor (Front Desk & Lessons) Kids First Swim School - Plymouth Meeting, PA Position Summary Kids First Swim School is seeking a motivated and energetic Supervisor to oversee both Front Desk and Lessons. This leadership role is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, supporting daily swim lesson quality, coaching team members, and ensuring a safe, organized, and positive environment for our swimmers, families, and staff. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently lead a team while maintaining high operational standards. Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Supervision Lead and support Front Desk staff during daily operations. Deliver exceptional customer service to families, swimmers, and prospective customers. Assist with membership inquiries, program registrations, and account management. Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professionalism throughout the lobby and reception areas. Support sales initiatives, enrollment growth, and retention efforts. Deck Supervision Provide leadership and support to instructors and deck staff throughout shifts. Monitor lesson quality and ensure curriculum standards are being followed. Address parent questions and concerns regarding swimmer progress and program expectations. Leadership & Team Development Assist with training and onboarding new team members. Coach staff on customer service, professionalism, and performance expectations. Support management with performance feedback and accountability. Help foster a positive, team-oriented workplace culture. Serve as a role model by demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and strong work ethic. Assist with special events, promotions, and community outreach activities. Qualifications Previous supervisory, leadership, or management experience preferred. Customer service experience required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable addressing customer concerns and resolving conflicts. Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to move throughout the facility and pool deck during shifts. Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Comfortable working in a warm, humid pool environment.
