Role Description This is a temporary, on-site role for a Summer Day Camp Counselor based in Greater Philadelphia. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising and engaging with children, leading and facilitating activities such as arts and crafts or sports, promoting a safe and inclusive camp environment, and serving as a positive role model for campers. Counselors are expected to ensure the well-being and enjoyment of all participants while supporting the camp's overall goals. Qualifications Experience with youth development, childcare, and fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members Enthusiastic, patient, and highly responsible Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
