Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesSupport the planning and execution of over 300 live sporting events annuallyAssist with remote production logistics, including scheduling crew, coordinating onsite facilities, transmission needs, and preparing/distributing production paperworkProvide onsite support to the Live Events production team and technical crew as neededMaintain and track inventory of Live Events equipmentAssist with budget-related activities, including tracking expenses, supporting monthly forecasting, payroll coordination, and invoice processingPartner with cross-functional teams to support production workflows and execution of departmental initiativesSupport the integration and adoption of new production technologies and toolsHelp coordinate with external vendors and production partnersStay informed on evolving production practices and workflows to support team executionQualificationsBasic RequirementsBachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent experienceMinimum two (2+) years of experience in live event productions, broadcasting, or related fieldFoundational knowledge of remote or cloud-based television production workflowsBasic technical understanding of live event broadcast operationsDesired CharacteristicsExposure to digital video and/or social media productionSolid interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsDetail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPositive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and growAdaptable and open to evolving workflows and industry changesAdditional RequirementsMust submit a resume/CV through www.nbcunicareers.com to be consideredFlexible schedule, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededMust work onsite in Philadelphia, PA, with potential travel as requiredMust be 18 years or older and have unrestricted authorization to work in the
