Since 2000 we've grown to serve 3000+ youth annually in Philadelphia and Coatesville. We coach 25+ sports teams, 145+ PE classes weekly and 20 summer camps.
Position Overview:
We're scouting for passionate, energetic Coach/Mentors who want to make a lasting impact. You'll work alongside teachers during PE classes and coach afterschool sports, implementing YMP's proven fitness and social emotional learning (SEL) curriculum while building powerful relationships with youth. In partnership with Coach Across America and AmeriCorps , our team serves on the front lines in some of the region's most under-resourced communities—closing the mentoring gap and helping bridge educational inequities and economic divides.
